Manufactured to our standard high-spec (click here for details) the Trio boasts 12.8 sqm of floor space, a minimum internal height of over 7 foot, adjustable down lights, 12 electrical sockets, fitted carpet, a large double glazed windows and entrance door.

There is no maintenance required of this building until 2023.
